The Museum continues to grow its digital photographic archive.
In May 2022 Sydney resident Rhondda McCallum loaned a photograph album to the museum for scanning a number of interesting photographs taken on the island in 1935.
These photographs show the island, its built landscape, the fashions of visitors, and methods of travel to the island (by ship).
The Museum’s digital photographic archive now contains over 6,000 images, most with specific information about people, places, and notes in a searchable catalog.
